  I am absolutely amazed and beyond grateful to Melissa for her outstanding customer service. We had the worst experience with our first home through GMAC Mortgage and so we were so jaded and terrified it would happen again coming into this. I believe that I would not have found anyone in the mortgage realm that would have gone the lengths and gotten us through the hurdles like Melissa did to help us get our home. She was very honest about everything and saved us from a deal that would have been so terrible for us on our first bid for a home and steered us away from disaster. She was extremely patient with both my husband and I during countless hours with this crazy market and a long hunt for our home while securing the perfect mortgage product for our needs. She was always 3 steps ahead during the whole process with uncomplicated solutions when problems arose. When the regulations changed abruptly in the middle of our approval she spent a lot of time with many different entities trying to get our approval fixed. She definitely never gives up and works very hard for her clients. Her demeanor makes you feel more like family then just another client and for all of these reasons I don't even think I could ever make her understand how grateful we are for her. I will use her for any refinance or new mortgage we would ever need and she will be my go to referral for everyone who asks if I "have a mortgage guy". She also made the process for my parents very smooth/uncomplicated for them to get their mortgage and new home. I feel that this is just who she is as a person which projects outward in to her work and customer service!

  Melissa was great to work with. She was always one step ahead and really impressed our real estate agent (and us) with how quickly she was able to secure a mortgage. She was friendly and gave us honest answers, both are hard to come by in this industry!
