Well I've been with this bank for a few years now since moving down here from NY and I have to say the staff and workers may be nice and all but I'm completely disappointed in the company itself. The software they use to monitor and control our bank accounts is riddled with a plague of issues that have ended up directly affecting their customers and myself and what appears to me to be a lack by the company to support it's workers with the sufficient software to manage customer banking relations I will be henceforth as of this Thursday "April 7th 2022" closing all accounts and moving henceforth to a better more sufficient bank for my needs as I cannot trust this bank to provide me the security and peace of mind I need for my finances.
