      I like the next day deposit on paper checks. When I made claims against unauthorized transactions they handled it and returned the funds to my account.

      I worked with a banker from First National Bank with assurance that they will procure a commitment letter and refinance on the hospitality asset. After nearly 2 months of providing documentation on a very high cash flowing asset, said we don’t do hospitality loans. This could have been told to me in a single day. What do they do, they apologize, which doesn’t cover my loss of time and loss of another banks commitment and rates are now up. Do Not Do Business with this bank. The worst part about this is that I let go of another bank’s commitment letter. Take your business to Fleetwood Bank, Spiro Kasapidis.

      Pathetic service. Ordered checks that the bank said were sent out 1/27. Still have not been received. Of course 1st National wasted no time debiting the account. They will do nothing but suggest I close the account and open a new one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!
