      it’s that 21st century. they need to get a app or online to pay car loan payments. Im tired of sitting on the phone with rude customer service members for 30-45 mins just to pay my car note

      They used to give out change for let's say a $20 or more. That's what banks are supposed to do.All of a sudden they have a new policy.If you don't have an account there,you won't get any change .Now, isn't that something..Why exactly are they a bank then????
