      First financial bank in Huntsville tx. Today 9/15/20..Ridiculous a 3rd party check was issued to them and endorsed by them to me but refused to cash it because I did not have a checking account with them but I do have a loan there was considering moving money there But not Now! I'm supposed to receive a phone call from them when someone comes back from vacation..Do not recommended at this Time!

      I called in and asked if I could have digital copies of my bank statements. They tried to charge me $5 a piece. They told me that since I received paper copies in the mail I couldn't get my digital statements without this fee. After clicking around in my online banking, I found a way to access the statements FOR FREE. Instead of telling me the steps to access my statements, they said they were unavailable for free and were going to charge me! Shady, shady. I talked to the bank Vice President, and she stood by the policy. She did not think the tellers should have to disclose that you can get them for free and said it was a perfectly honest policy. Makes me wonder how many other unnecessary and fraudulent fees they've charged others. Yikes.
