      Decent service from most of the tellers for daily banking needs. However, more complicated questions and requests are a chore now that I'm managing my father's estate. Both times I've gone in and had a question or made a request, I've received nothing but pushback and roadblocks before the manager eventually listens carefully to what I'm asking for and realizes that it's possible. Instead of helping to find solutions, she just reacts by saying "NO" before considering other possibilities or listening to the problem. That is simply not good customer service.

      I have had this bank for years. I really appreciate the bank and i had a situation occur with my account. They’re handling it but I do have to say the worker there named Sandy, is TERRIBLE. I don’t understand banking terms too well and when I told her I still didn’t understand the amount of attitude that came from her is ridiculous. She even laughed at me. She treated me poorly and I am thinking about closing my account due to the poor treatment.
