      Truly terrible customer service. Nothing but problems since I’ve been with them. One tried to tell me I wasn’t in the military when I showed her my ID. I called about fees on my account BOTH managers laughed at me. Karen the one who tried to tell me I wasn’t in the military was saying “ oh my god” to me. I’m in customers service to and I would never do that to a customer. Especially during a pandemic. I do my best to help because you never know what people are going through but these ladies are truly disgusting.
