  Everyone is very nice and greet you at the door to assist your banking needs. I love this bank and would recommend it very highly especially for African Americans and other minorities. I say this because Beth Ann Mitchell at the bank helps me with things that I don't understand and she doesn't get frustrated with you. She just talks to you real nice and explains what you want to know and if she doesn't know she gets you to someone who can help you more. If I could give this bank 6 stars I would!!!!

  Melissa or Merissa was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Went to start an account and she was impatient and gave nothing but attitude. Made up lies and excuses as to not do her just and overall was extremely unwelcoming. So I leave and call the folks who recommended me to the bank, to let them know how I was treated and they have had the same issue with the same person. You know what they say though one bad apple ruins the batch. Terrible customer service.

  Wonderful place to bank. If you overdraft every other week a couple bucks because you live check to check, you get treated the same as the millionaire who just gives his money to the bank. Southern charm throughout. Great rates, friendly service, and willing to help any way possible.
