      This branch and its employees are amazing, very polite, and customer-oriented! I highly recommend this branch, but the FNB Corp is a difficult company to work with. Their mobile banking application has major outages at peak hours and no two-factor authentication or password expiration dates (both MASSIVE security holes). Their corporate credit card services and customer service is frustrating to navigate and cannot handle something as simple as a name change or address change.

      Do not deal with this bank! Teller was very rude! I don’t have an account and they would not honor the check drawn on their bank. The business owner had to close his store to come to the bank to withdraw cash and hand it to me in the lobby. Inconvenience all around!

      I went to deposit my paycheck on Saturday at Plank road branch the lady didn't know what she was doing she put a hold on my check twice I really miss 58th street that bank is a disaster I won't be returning to that branch again very slow and customer service is so bad not professional at all
