      A person called Brenda (did not want to say her complete name even if I asked 3 times) was EXTREMELY not helpful and did not show any will of helping me, her voice tone was rude and she should not deal with customers until she learns Some proper Customer service. My mother does not speak English so I needed to do an appointment for her which Brenda made it impossible for me , I kept calm and explained a thousand times she does not speak English and that I just needed to make an appointment so she goes with her ID and they know what’s happening, again she in a rude tone said YOU ARE NOT HER SO I WONT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. Even if I called two times with my mom on the call, I understand they have to protect customers information but that is not the way of treating someone that is FIRST OF ALL trying to help YOU , imagine a person not speaking your lenguaje goes to you ? HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. I had to be a Karen and ask for the manager and she helped me set the appointment and heard what I had to say. This is a formal complaint for Brenda on shady side, centre av location and I hope I’m heard. This happened today 06-01-20 at approximately 12:30pm
