      I have had an account since 1981 - during this 35 years, I have never once had a bank clerk be unpleasant. They are pleasant, helpful, and many of them call me by name. Wonderful service !

      It would be really nice if this Eagle River branch updated its hours online. Second time I have driven all the way into town just to find the bank closed. Don’t bother going on Saturday even during the posted hours, you will have wasted your time. Call first, when nobody answers, you will know they are probably closed.
