  I am a local dealer in the area and called to get the bank's lienholder address so I could fill out the customer's DMV documents. After being transferred to 3 different departments, no one could tell me what the lienholder address was. They finally transferred me to the Palmer branch and after 20 questions with the person that answered the phone, I was told that they couldn't give me that information. Is your lienholder address top secret and no one is privy to it? I was lost for words...very frustrating.

  I have been with this bank for years. The staff at the Palmer branch are delightful people. I did have one bad experience with one call center employee, but as soon as the bank was notified of the situation they called me to rectify what had happened. I highly appreciate that they reached out. If you are looking for a good local bank, you won’t go wrong with First National.
