      I’ve had an account here for 3 years and have had nothing but issues. Their online banking is always down and I have to call to have my login reset all the time. I will no sooner get off the phone with customer service and it’s not working again. I was also charged two $35.00 over draft fees for something that didn’t even overdraw. They proceeded to charge me $12.50 per charge every two days until the money was put it. Once again my account didn’t overdraw at all. The supervisor refused to look at it and confirm it didn’t overdraw. It ended up costing me 3x the original amount they claim I overdrew. I set up a new bank account at a separate bank and have had no issues with them. The online banking is easy, accurate, and stress free. I wish I never opened one here at all. When I say run, I mean run from this bank. Also they told me even if I close my account that I could still be charged another $12.50 since my overdraft fee was paid after noon and could be considered late again. I have and neither has anyone I talked to about this, heard of charging someone, the following day, when the fee was paid.

      Taking 1 day to process a payroll check? I've never heard of a bank that does that and neither has my mom who is a bank manager. Payroll checks should be instantly processed and put in the account and made available.

      Highly do not recommend this bank to anyone. I got charged 2 overdraft fees the same day an item was taken out of my account and was advised they would only waive one of them, and they didn’t even do that! They didn’t give me the time to even put the money in the account by charging me the same day. I have screenshots with proof. When I called to speak with a corporate supervisor, I was advised if I did not deposit the funds, I would get a third overdraft fee for the same item! As quoted from a review above, run, don’t walk, away from this bank!
