      The girls in this place are truly amazing! They know you by name the minute you walk in the door! Such a nice warming welcome is a nice touch when so often customer service is horrible all over the place this branch has it down pat. Great job! I have another account at a separate bank which is not nearly as friendly as the girls at First National! DANIELLE is probably the sweetest, friendliest, and helpful bank employee I've ever dealt with! A+++++ customer service!

      Wish it was still Onebanc. This place has done a complete turnover and has left the small friendly banker days in the past. They now operate like a big nationwide bank with red tape everywhere but lack the perks and technology a larger bank offers. Was hoping it was going to be a positive transition but guess it was wishful thinking. I’m currently shopping for my move and I’ve spoken with many others that are doing the same. But they’ll have their red tape still. The branch manager has yet to even introduce himself/herself to me but they have made sure to regulate every turn or move. I know Onebanc had its issues but looking back it sure had a lot of positives too.
