      Every time I go to us the atm machine at the wellsburg first national bank it is out of order. The two atm's in follansbee are no better. If I use another atm, the bank charges me a fee. Know I'm sitting in the drive thru and have been for the last 10 mins and just know got asked what I needed. The service of this bank is extremely horrific! Will be looking to change banks in the near future.
