  This is by far a bank that cares little about its customers. Most tellers are friendly and then the manager Eileen is rude and condescending. Don’t ever use their ATM I lost money and with a receipt she still didn’t want to give it to me. It caused me to feel completely unappreciated, where did it go? I finally got it back without apology. I called asking to speak with someone and I had said I want to speak with the assistant manager who is very nice, and I didn’t feel the need to tell Eileen who I was and she reminded me she was The assistant managers boss-that and $5 will get a gallon of gas. Just all around unappreciative. I’m taking my business to HNB up the street. FNB was great when it was still community.

  Worst bank workers ever have had nothing but trouble after Clifford bank closed and transferred my account to forest city lost my debit card been waiting 5 weeks for new one called bank three time just to find out they never ordered it I'm on disability living on 800 a month can hardly afford to eat all month and they charge me a dollar for there withdrawal slips changing banks

  I went to the drivethru with 380.00 in all 20 dollar bills today. My loan payment is roughly 365 and change. I wanted the whole amount of 380.00 put on the loan. When the teller was done handling my loan book with another bank teller behind the wall, she said she put 370.00 on the loan and I didn't recieve the extra 10 dollars back. Where did my 10 dollars go if not on my loan? I feel very unsafe banking here now.
