  I tried contacting Pamela by phone and got nowhere. After leaving a voicemail I received a text message about getting a call later that day and never received a call. I messaged her again the next day and didn’t receive a reply until three days later. I tried setting up an appointment but only received about two more replies and was never able to set up an appointment. After waiting two more days, I called the main office number and spoke to the receptionist. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to and she took my information and said she would give it to the other banker that works there. She said I would get a call later that day. It has been almost two weeks and no one ever called me. People have told me that you have to physically go to their office to get any kind of information. This makes it very inconvenient for those of us that work during their hours of operation. So much advertising yet so impossible to get ahold of anyone!!

  I will never recommend this company to anyone. Solely due to the lender that we dealt with. After 6+ MONTHS (shame on us for giving her excuses the benefit of the doubt) of going through the process of buying a house, constant unreturned phone calls to our lender, unkept “promises” that she would meet certain deadlines, multiple instances of having to present bank statements/check stubs due to her lack of communication and effort, having to PHYSICALLY go to her office to get any sort of update or answer, having to deal with her being rude to our sellers who have been nothing but patient and accommodating, being told we were approved for a payment plus loan then told we had to redo the ENTIRE contract because their terms changed last minute, going through the appraisal and surveyor, paying earnest money amongst other fees, finally getting to find out what our closing date would be, all to be told she would not be able to give us the loan (for reasons that were made known to her in the seller’s disclosure from the VERY beginning - something another lender was able to tell us that we wouldn’t get approved - due to that exact reason - in seconds). We wish we would have known how unprofessional and incompetent she was at her job so we could’ve chosen someone much more efficient and informative to start with. Now we have made over a half a year of rent payments that could’ve been avoided had she communicated with her clients in a timely manner. I’m talking weeks with no communication, unanswered phone calls and texts. I’ve never dealt with someone so careless when it comes to their clients. I’ve heard the same thing from multiple other people who have unfortunately had to work with her. People who changed lenders mid-way because of her unprofessionalism and inability to follow through. There have been good people who have lost business as well because she was recommended by them, but due to her terrible work ethic, decided to go with another business. This put a lot of unnecessary stress on our family and the sellers as well. I am extremely disappointed with how she treated us throughout the entire process. If there is one piece of advice I would give anyone seeking to get a home loan, do NOT go through this company.
