      Not friendly at all. Small town banking was not the way to go. Was double charged on a transaction and when I called about it was told I had to call the merchant. WOW. Two hours after reaching out to the merchant fund out it a banking error. No apology, no return phone call, just closed my acct on a Friday and didn’t send the check out till Monday (making sure they kept me from my money longer). Nice work Cristy Tull and debbie evans
