      Told multiple staff to keep my negative balanced account open so my tax return can bring me into the positive. I came in today to let them know tomorrow it will be coming in so my account can be in the positive. I found out my account has been closed due to fraud. Thanks for closing my account due to fraud, I'll just wait for the IRS to mail me my tax return in another month.

      Don't bother calling this bank for what ever you need. They never answer the phone. What you do get is a answering machine that when you press the numer to talk to tellers or book keeping you get a no service or no one is available. Why even have a answering machine why even have a phone number to the bank.
