  I have worked with Jessica Kern on closing a Florida loan recently, and she was awesome! Super responsive and quick as well as always being kind and awesome! I would highly suggest using FNB and Jessica on your refinance or loan!

  First National Bank is one of the finest institutions in Gillette and that's not just in banking. We work with FNB on a personal and professional basis. We love the small bank feel where they know your name when you walk in the door, yet the confidence to know they can service account and loan needs of any size or shape. FNB offers convenience of online and mobile banking with great technology backed by wonderful customer service, as well as 3 brick and mortar locations to serve you no matter where you are in Gillette. Couple all of this with the tremendous commitment they display in supporting many events and organizations in our community and you can see why see are proud to call First National Bank OUR bank!

  I stopped in to the bank to open an account for my baby who isn't even a year old yet. My wife and I had spoken to Ms. Bailey on the phone and were greeted by her as soon as we walked in 15 minutes later. After only about 30 minutes and some paperwork signing we had a savings account set up for my daughter. The whole process was easy and Bailey was extremely professional and nice despite my little one attempting to babble/talk over her and wreck her desk. The bank is very large and clean. It was well decorated and FDIC insured which makes me feel like I am in good hands and our money is safe. They also had the best savings interest rate in town. First National Bank of Gillette has a large range of services they provide and I would highly recommend this bank if you are in the market for a money account. I would specifically ask for Ms. Bailey to help open your account because she is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and kind. Thank you for making my experience a great one. I look forward to doing business with you in the future.
