      i tried to get a payoff for a vehicle through this bank, got connected with a representative 2 times and 2 times i was disconnected before i was able to get the information that i needed. this happened about 10 minutes before they closed and when i tried calling again at 4:55 i received a message saying that they were closed. i have had some bad experiences with banks before with the work i do but never have i been connected with 2 different representatives and been hung up on twice.
