  There is an older lady at the drive thru window often, that has semi long gray hair and she is absolutely hateful! I went to deposit money today and waited for 10 minutes to be helped, which was fine. I was patiently waiting my turn. She helped both customers at her window before even acknowledging that I was there. Then I was “greeted” with a very hateful “do you need something?” I said yes, I was waiting on some deposit slips to make a deposit. She responded with “you should have just sent the tube in.” I said “well, I’ve been waiting almost 10 minutes and didn’t want to be rude and jump in and ask for help while you were helping another person”. She then comes back with “it’s been two minutes and I had customers.” Well, No kidding. No person at that bank has ever helped two customer in two minutes. There was a total of 3 of us. It was definitely almost 10 minutes. That is why I was patiently waiting my turn and instead of being greeted or even acknowledged that I was there, she was extremely hateful and rude. I was on the car speaker phone with my mom and once she realized I was on the phone, her attitude changed real quick. Then she threw in a “have a nice day.” It’s people like her that should NOT work with the public. I work with the public and have NEVER been hateful like that to a customer. I’ve NEVER had any issues with anyone else there before. I’ve always been greeted when I pulled up and that gives me the “ok” to tell them what I need. I’ve been highly considering changing banks, and she may have just encouraged me to do so.

  Monday July 16th 2021 I walked into the lobby to open a bank account and was completely ignored..One woman was standing behind the counter Shuffling papers and did not acknowledge me. Another lady walked by me twice and didn't say a word. I moved here a year ago and was looking to become part of this community but if this is how they run their Banking I will leave it in my home state..Driving 10 hrs is better then being treated as if I don't matter
