      Attempted to work with Sheila to get financing on a rental property, first time financing couldn’t have been more of a nightmare. I don’t know if they need more employees or if it’s just how she does business. I would only hear from her on Friday’s, any problems that she had she attempted to blame on me. Finally got irritated Friday, she apologized said she would take care of everything and schedule closing first thing Monday I waited until 10:30 to call title company after not hearing from her. She still had not attempted to call them. I just decided to pick my own date and close with cash. If your an investor/new customer don’t go here it’s a nightmare.
