      It's always nice and clean. For the most part, most of the tellers are always kind. Mrs. Theresa and Mrs. Shelly are such a sweetheart. Mr. Joseph from the first day my husband and I have walked in the door have been beyond rude and disrespectful and every time we go inside it's the same thing. March the 16th 2021 Joseph interactions with me was so unprofessional I went later in the day to take every cent out of that bank but because of Mrs. Shelly kindness and helping us with the closures we chose to close just 3. Because it's not the banks fault that Joseph is so rude and unprofessional we've decided to just bank at the Sulphur Branch from now on.

      Awesome community bank. Everyone knows my name and almost knows what I need when I go in. Friendly and professional staff. I would recommend FNB-LA to anyone looking for that hometown banking feel.
