Same experience! These are trash managers on up the chain! Including the president of the bank. There is no words for how pathetic these people are!

So many problems with this bank. Very dissatisfied with the quality of service from not only the online app but the actual banking process with them... They will close and or cancel your information and bank account without notice... Just to name one issue. What bank closes an account after 72 hours of zero balance... ONLY 72 hours of zero balance and this bank will abandon you and close your account. Even though they know your federal job has a direct deposit of your paycheck????? I'm 37 and I have never had to deal with so much physical paper, rules and parameters in my life with dealing with a bank. Moved to Hawaii and without notifying us, canceled our debit card for suspicious activity. No notice, nothing. Left us on an island WITH NO ACCESSTO OUR MONEY!!Garbage experience...
