      People at the branches are friendly and helpful! I typically use the mobile app as I don’t have the opportunity to visit the location as often. Mobile app is absolutely frustrating. I have my information saved to make log in easier and for some reason, at least once a week, I will not let me log in. I usually have the end up going to the website that glitches as well.

      This location is absolutely useless. Everytime I called to get information about my own account they would never answer any of my questions or tell me I need to go in and do this in person, (people work for a living and can't afford to take a day off to deal with the bank). Since I work out of state I tried to set up mobile banking (website is truly aweful) I would call for assistance and get told they would call back, never did. Then when I was ready to close my account on part of their incompetence they started bouncing me around from department to department. I knew all of my account information except the date of my last deposit (because I had switched it to another bank and my company didnt let me know when it happened) they would not let know my remaining balance to close account. I'm so glad I'm done with this useless bank.
