      They can't get anything right. From closing my debit card because there was a mysterious $1.00 fee charged at an ATM which crashed all my bills that I had paid online costing more than $200.00 bounced fees, overage fees, late fees... And the closest the daily text message of my balance and the actual balance when logged has been so far off that it's no longer funny...
