      Awesome community bank for Pasco County! Offers all the products and services of those big banks, but has a welcoming small town feel. If are tired of being just another number, come try the bank where everybody knows your name.

      My spouse's employer has been suggesting we switch to First National Bank of Pasco for a while. We're not happy with TD, so a good recommendation was welcome. We actually decided we would move our checking/ savings account months ago, just hadn't really had the time. Well today was the day I decided to leave work early and do it. I was excited about this all day... like finally! Unfortunately, first impressions matter. The woman working the counters first words to me...before the front door even closed was. "Take your sunglasses off"... it wasn't Hi, or how's your day. Or any acceptable greeting. It was obvious I found that odd. Instead of explaining she decided she would cop an attitude and dig in deeper. Like I had the audacity to walk in with shades on my face on a sunny summer day in Florida. Didn't even give me a second to do it myself, which I always do upon entry to any business. Extremely RUDE! You lost 3 accounts with direct deposit today rude lady. Small banks can survive without better customer service than that. Extremely disappointed. 10/10 would not recommend
