      Walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. Service was exceptional and all my questions and concerns were answered. Made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend this Bank to all my friends and family. However, you need to go in and experience it yourself. At First National Bank of South Miami, they didn't treat me like another customer as some larger Banks would. This was more of a personal one on one touch. If you need help with internet banking, they have a station at their branch where they can coach you and show you how to use their products.
