      I am a college student who moved to Cookeville so I bank with my hometown company. After a card reader scare I had to cancel my card and order a new. Once it arrived I had to go to an ATM to check my balance and activate the card. Upon putting my card in the ATM it took it and wouldn't give my card back. Once this happened I spoke with IT and they informed me they must shred all non First National cards. Even if I could show up in person with ID to try and get it back. This makes nearly a month I have not had a way to easily access my money and is a huge pain. One very dissapointed user.
