Honestly this is the first bank where everyone is so nice and eager to help you. The only downfall is that you are unable to deposit money via the atms, but other than that they are pretty good. They just updated their cards and online banking, and so far so good! Joel was also very nice and patient when helping me with an issue I had. Love this place!

BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!!!! Instead of returning phone calls and telling me where my money that was in my account went to they closed the account and sent it to a collection agency. Wooooowwwww with all the absolute disrespect to everyone that works here I hope you get what you ABSOLUTELY deserve. The second time I’ve used this bank I haven’t purchased anything no auto payments nothing is to come out of this bank there was 20$ left in it and I’ve not touched it in a few months now it’s all of a sudden over drawn. They took over 100$ from me the last time I used this bank about 4-5 years ago and they have yet again taken more money from me and I guarantee you that I’ll have to pay the over drawn because they will use “well the money was withdrawn this day at this place” and it will probably be the exact same place as last time that I never have been too. Pathetic excuse for a bank.

I have been with 1st National Bank for many years. They have always been good to me. I live in Arkansas at this time but still bank up there. Hoping to move back to Okmulgee sometime this year.
