      Very unprofessional bank! I recently received a snarky letter from this bank regarding taxes on a property which had a former loan that had been paid off for almost 6 months. When I called to try and clarify the situation I was astounded at how rude the loan manager treated me after informing her that the loan had been paid for months she said disregard it and hung up. In my opinion there are plenty other banks to do business with, you might even get treated with some decency elsewhere.
