      We moved to Deming 5 years. We would recommend this bank. We have had not 1 problem with 1st New Mexico Bank. They are very friendly, nice & do a great professional job. We will continue to bank with them as long as we can.

      We have had a account with this bank for 12 years but since covid has come it is almost impossible to due business here. I called this morning to see if a rotary was available and was told yes com in between 9 and 3. (Bankers hours) When I got there all the doors are locked with a sign you need a appointment. The Bank across the street is open for normal business. It's time to move my money

      This is from the President, Teresa Molina all the way down.They do NOT return calls! Anyone of them that I have dealt with there do not return calls, ok, maybe 1 out of 6. They do not respond to emails. Bank questions are apparently too difficult to answer. This isn't isolated, this is an evident widespread culture of this bank.
