      Well I hope somebody read this , specially the bank training department of customer service. I love this bank , they are great, but yesterday I call the service center as I had some questions and the customer service agent was super rude , may be she hates her job and getting her training from Tik Tok , she was incompetent in her work , rude and unprofessional and was unpleasant to be encountered with. I literally hung up on her as I was loosing my calm . I hope the bank manage to find this review and that agent (female) and train her properly or she should get a job that she will be happy with. Thanks

      Make sure to do your homework on credit scores before accepting their loans/rates -they will use the lowest FICO score resulting in a higher rate. Buyer beware and shop around!

      I’ll start by saying the people employed by this bank are a mess. Long story short, they allowed someone to deposit a $1,200 check into my account, when I called to find out what was going on they transferred me 5 times, placed me on hold for 10 minutes at a time, and in the end tried to cover it up by saying they checked their ID when taking the check. So I said to confirm you are telling me my identity has been stolen (placed on hold again). They gave me no answers and said “it’s almost 5 so we can’t look into it” after telling someone that their identity has been stolen. So ultimately closed my account and was forced to go file a police report as they did nothing to solve the issue or answer questions. Worst experience of my life. Switched to KeyBank and have been so happy. No one stole my identity they just allowed activity on my account without checking ID.
