At first, I was not sure I'd made the right choice. I had to adjust to their practices. However, the tellers make up for the difference! I use the drive thru mostly, and I always appreciate everyone's smiling face and friendliness. :) I ask for my balance on each withdrawal transaction because it seems they don't print these out or give receipts for these, and I always get service with a smile! I also took notice when this bank stepped up to assist federal workers' manage their accounts by assuring them there would be money in their accounts at payday during the shut down of a portion of our government by the President. That was a caring and very helpful gesture. Great leadership!!

This bank used to be so amazing, so family orientated. Now, they look for reasons to get rid of all of their good employees. My mother started banking with First Oklahoma because they were so friendly and everyone made her feel welcomed. I personally had my business account here because of a few people that really would go above and beyond for us. When I found out they've terminated 90 percent of their original staff I had to pull my money from their bank. They treat their employees so terrible and it's sad. They have this big beautiful bank and are such crummy people. This bank has a lawsuit calling their name.

Candis is my banker and she bends over backwards to make sure that both my business and personal accounts are taken care of. I'm with First Oklahoma Bank because of the personal service I receive. People know my name when I walk in the door, something I'd never expect from the national bank chains.
