This is hands down one of the best banks I've ever had interaction with!! And my banking agent Morgan is absolutely fantastic!!! Whoever thought it would be a good idea to have a call system set up where your only option is to leave a voicemail should get out of the customer service industry and go do something else. Imagine if you had a 30 minute window in a day that you needed to get in contact with your bank and the only option is to leave a message and hope that someone gets back to you in time before that window expires. One of the biggest reasons ive stayed with this bank for years and have even taken car loans through you guys (that ive paid off) and I have a first option bank credit card is due to the local customer service. There are thousands of banks out there offering the exact same service you guys are so if this is the direction you guys are headed, people are not going to stay with this bank or sign up.
