  I unfortunately did not have a great experience with Ashley, and First Option Mortgage. When I was referred to her, I saw all the reviews about Ashley being a great communicator and helpful throughout the process. So I felt I was in good hands. I submitted my application and did not hear from her for 2 weeks. I reached out twice and got no response. Then today, I reached out to notify that I no longer wanted to continue the process with her or this company and to disregard my app. I was met with a dry text that read “ will do. Have a great weekend. Best of luck.” And a snarky email that basically said that my score weren’t good enough and I should seek credit repair. No denial letter with my actual score. If you knew this, why not say so 2 weeks ago when I asked for an update?? Mind you, she never communicated this to me until I said I no longer wanted to continue this process with her. Seems like she provides a good experience to those who have an excellent chance of approval. I’m not upset that I did not qualify. I’m upset about the lack of communication and they way I was treated because of my situation. I should have been treated with the same respect and attentiveness as any other applicant. Approved or not.

  Murrell and team were great from the beginning. He quickly provided me a pre qualification letter that got us what we needed to view so many great properties' on a quick house hunting trip. We decided fairly quickly and he and his team made it happen very quickly. So fast in fact that they were a few days ahead of the closing team for the house we were selling. He and we regrouped quickly and 2 days later we were recorded and done with keys in hand. A can't say enough about how cordial everyone involved was and our information was handed professionally throughout the entire process. Thanks again Murrell and team.
