      ABSOLUTELY the WORST BANK IN AMERICA! This bank never ceases to amaze me at how terrible it is for its unfortunate customers! Petty fees and penalties that are just flat out highway robbery! I know it's not the majority of their employees fault but they could do a 1000% better for their customers. Might be ok if all you have is 1 account with them but if you have multiple accounts there, they somehow manage to mess things up quite often! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE! Really need to get your policies and business practices together 1st Piedmont.

      Called several times over 3 days and never got a call back, kept getting hung up on, or one ever answered the phone, had to call spartanburg to keep my number changed
