      A fraudulent credit card was opened with this bank under my name and their response was quite poor. I had to call several times to close the account and after wading through the automatic menu options (none of which were actually applicable to the situation I was trying to solve) and being transferred to the wrong department twice, the customer service people that I spoke to either weren't knowledgeable enough to help me fix the problem or in some cases were impatient and unhelpful. I did finally speak to one representative who was very kind and attentive and was able to help me immediately, but I'm not impressed at all with how they handled something as serious as identity fraud.

      Stay away from getting a credit card with this bank. I am disabled and haven't worked for 22 years. I had a year of perfect payment history. Because our economy is out of wack I missed a couple payments so, they canceled my card!!! 38% interest, 97 dollar annual fee and, a 10 dollar a month fee. They refused to work with me at all!!!!! They just care about one thing. Ripping people off!!
