      71 Days of having my sellers home under contract and Turned Buyer down. Loan Officer said buyers approval was contingent on re-scoring credit. His pre approval letter we granted contract under has nothing about that. Deceitful business. I have been in Real Estate 30 years. Stay away from this lender.
