      From start to finish this is the team you want and need! Josh and Kim are hands down the best out there. Josh made this step in our lives as simple as is could get, and when it came time to complete our purchase I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Kim. Together they make the process as streamline as possible! I have never in my life seen anyone reshuffle numbers to make what I wanted work. He went above and beyond with every step. He has excellent communication skills and will pick up your call day or night-and if for whatever he can't in that moment he will text you back right away to let you know when he is available. His references are all amazing and he is 100% on top of his game. Kim has the patients of a Saint. Working with our title company was a struggle in and of its self but my closing had additional steps needed almost every step of the way, she took every single one as a learning opportunity NEVER dropping the ball. She was with me every step of the way even making three way calls with me to walk me through whatever we needed. Furthermore she was prompt and kind, again always having amazing communication every step of the way. I cannot wait to do further business with this company and will never go anywhere else! Five stars is not enough for what this company has done for my family if I could give more I would, because they deserve it.
