      I was eargly interesed in purchasing a home and shopping for mortgage. I spoke to someone in particular and sent all of my personal information and hadnt heard back from either the loan originator or assistant. I called and the assist and originator rudely brushed me off stating "he is busy will get back when he can." Horrible customer service and lack of assistance with said matter. I rarely leave reviews but I felt as a professional I expect to be treated professionally and was not. 5 weeks later still no return call neither information regarding reciept of my personal information. Be cautious!

      Tequa, thank you for the review. Three separate voicemail messages were left for you with no return calls, yet you did take the time to write a negative review. Legally, there are six components to a mortgage application (name, income, social security number, property address, estimated value of the property and the mortgage amount sought). I won't go into detail in a public forum as to what was provided and what was not, but I will say that not all of the necessary information to make a formal mortgage application was supplied. With that said; your not returning our calls and not being able to "apply" for a mortgage leaves me curious as to how you could review my business when we didn't actually do business.
