      This bank is great. You definitely get a lot of personal one on one. I got a student loan consolidation with great terms and a specific contact that walked me through the process. I also love that you can use any ATM anywhere. The only issue I ever had was a problem where a monthly recurring payment went out the first month but not the second. There was a little frustration with the phone team, but once I went into the branch in person, I got everything resolved quickly and painlessly. They immediately wrote cashiers checks to the payee's and overnighted them; no cost to me. They even gave me $50 for my trouble. I couldn't believe it. Most banks try to blame you for any problem. I love that the tellers actually have the power to fix things on their own best judgement.

      Mind-bendingly terrible bank for business accounts. They pull a bait-and-switch. They'll tell you anything to get your account, and then the service falls off a cliff after about 2 months. There is literally nothing as bad as dealing with these people. They lie through their teeth.
