I’m not a member of the bank, but I needed help with a banking situation and Diana was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, very detail-oriented, and she answered all the questions I needed to get it figured out.       Tagline should probably be "It's a slight discomfort to serve you," cause that's the vibe I got while being helped. Closed my account after 2 days. Also, their website is clearly broken in several places which is pretty concerning for someone you bank with.
