  Simply said, excellence in banking. After 30 years of mostly frustration I finally decided to move banks. A couple of my friends suggested First Republic and from my first visit I knew this was the right place. Yes, lots of detail work setting up new ACH accounts, but well worth the time. Already looking at more of their services and they sure make it easy. Excellent people who really care who they work for. Dolly has been great to work with. Thank you, First Republic.

  I got to Del Mar and spent half a day walking into a few banks and it felt very institutional. I was asked about my needs then shuffled out as they just weren’t able to help me. As I walked down Camino Del Mar I saw First Republic Bank. When I walked in there were a few people already being tended too but it felt more like they were visiting friends. The staff was incredibly kind and it had such a positive energy. I was greeted by Saba Lak, she offered me a chair and we chatted about my needs. I have recently purchased a business in Del Mar and being from Canada I wasn’t clear on the banking rules. She explained to me they too wouldn’t be able to help me. The difference was, she picked up a phone made a few phone calls and got me lined up with a fellow banker at another bank to help me get what I needed. She completely went above and beyond to help me get the service I needed. Once I’m settled here and able too, I will be opening my business accounts with them. Hands down a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone looking to open an account. 🙏🏻
