      If I could give them a zero I would. It's such a shame because we banked with South End Savings for 40 years. This company took over and everything went downhill. We had 4 CDs --1 for each of our children. When one was maturing we went to close it only to find that the bank switched it into a savings account without us knowing! To make matters worse the accounts were all being fined $12 a month because they were dormant. $240 stolen. Again something that no notification was sent out for. ( Why would we add to an account that we thought was a CD still!?) We pulled our money out as quickly as we could and we'll take our business elsewhere. Very dishonest and sneaky bank.

      The service at this bank was completely garbage. The tellers are rude disrespectful and don't know how to talk to people. Never bank here or cash checks here.
