      I have banked here my entire life- even when I lived in other cities and while I was traveling abroad. Online banking and the mobile banking app made that possible and very easy. The extended hours through video banking are likewise very convenient! I also recently worked with the lending side for the first time. Erin was very helpful and thoughtful in answering all of my many questions as I went through the process of buying my first home. I'm very happy with how everything worked out!

      Normally I don't have a issue But this morning the teller Michelle was down right RUDE I go in to cash a check and put some in savings. Well she just put it all in savings with out even looking at amount. Told her what I wanted in savings and before I could say how I wanted the rest in cash she continues to do what she wants. Told her again what I wanted and she gets an attitude. Will definitely not let her wait on me again

      Online is usually down when you need it. This place is a joke and customer service is useless. Another fault of keeping connections back in this town. Useless.
