      Always loooong lines, wait time is atleast 20 minutes Not very good customer service in the drive thru......need more training on both. Miss my other location (under construction)!

      Hello, we’re sorry that you’ve had to experience longer than typical wait times at our drive-thru. As you know, COVID has taken its toll in every aspect of business, including banking. We are doing our best to stay staffed and as “essential employees” we are having to pull every single resource available to accommodate our customers as best as we can. The construction project is finished at our Southgate location, but due to COVID we have had to temporarily close down the teller line and drive-thru. Thank you for your patience and understanding our situation.
