      they put a hold on my account for an online purchase. No big deal right? I go to the branch. They said the hold would be taken off. It wasn't. Now im stranded on a 3 day weekend with no money. I sat on hold with their worthless fraud department for 45 minutes. No one ever answered. Worthless. Worst customer service ever.
