      I’m not a customer of this bank, but I was involved in an auto accident with someone who is a customer in front of their building. A person that works at the bank and obviously knew this customer came out and helped us through the entire process of exchanging insurance information and was very, very helpful in reassuring their customer. I could tell this person genuinely cared and wanted to be helpful. I found this immensely impressive and while I won’t name this person I know they are a huge asset to this institution. Very well done.
